   Great experience overall. Lovely waitress (think her name was Lilly), attentive, polite & friendly. Prix fix menu fantastic value - good variety on menu & food was hot, tasty & presented well. So good to see that there are still restaurants around that can provide value for money paired with great service in spite of the challenges currently present in the hospitality industry. Will definitely be back & be recommending.

   Another excellent night tonight at Bistro Franc. Food was incredible. Cannot express my gratitude enough for the setvice my friends and I received from Peter who looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to your organisation. I

   Fabulous atmosphere, with an excellent team looking after you (Tash was awesome). Food was fabulous, the duck was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend to all, and a must when in Liverpool. Thanks again for a memorable evening .

   Eaten here in the past albeit a few years ago but wasn't disappointed with the quality of the food. Lovely atmosphere, could have spent all evening in there

   The young lady that served us was great, the food was ok, the place is a bit worn out, it didn’t start well when we were seated at a nice table downstairs and then moved upstairs, there was the top off a plastic dressing bottle in the salad which also wasn’t great, we were told the salad would be credited off the bill but it wasn’t, overall it wasn’t an entirely disastrous visit but we won’t be rushing back.

   Food was only like warm , but the staff were good and remedied the situation. Prices were a little high and they put a 10% service charge on the bill. They should advertise the fact that they do charge a service charge.

   Visiting Liverpool for a couple of days the restaurant was close to our hotel and had a few tables available on Friday evening. We were very glad we chose to eat there. Good food and atmosphere topped off by excellent service by Tash and her team which I can’t remember being bettered.

   What an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing and the service went beyond our expectations. I will be recommending Bistro Franc to everyone and can't wait to come back.

    I booked this for my husband and two of our friends and the service was impeccable and the food delicious. Would definately book again.
