   Our chef was Raphael. What a showman! Fancy and well practiced moves . Accommodated everyone’s preferences including our 9 yr old grandson. We were 5 in our family for lunch . Food was plentiful delicious well prepared - enough for everyone to take home and enjoy again for dinner- which was equally as enjoyable reheated! Great value beautiful water view, kind friendly team. So good.

   To really be honest, this was the worst experience. I’m originally from Texas and all of those experience have been wonderful. The food in Texas is way better. The cooks and performance is way better. I’m only here in Florida for one more year and back to Texas I go. I think I’ll just stick with the Texas franchise.

   The service was amazing! The bartender, our server and chef were all great. This was the best time we have ever had at Benihana. Thank you for making my birthday so awesome! Also, your face.

   A family with a Grandmother in a wheelchair with dementia and didn’t needed to be out in public was seated at our table. This was our 32 year Anniversary and we didn’t want to deal with grandma being feed and having to to be near her. We left before the table was full.

   We had all had great meals. Overall restaurant could use a make over. Looks a little worn.

   We had reservations for 6 and upon arrival we were seated. The parking wasn't easy because the lot was full, but eventually someone left. More parking is needed. Our Server Vanessa was very pleasant and all orders accurate. Service was a little slow getting the first round of drinks and waiting for the chef due to a packed house, but we still enjoyed our time. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The filet mignon was very tender. Our table had a nice mix of steak, chicken and seafood. Everyone was happy and full in the end.

   Our initial greeting was not very receptive, and the hostess was not understanding of a family dining with a handicapped person. She was quite rude to all involved. It kind of got our whole experience off to the wrong start! We then sat for an extended period of time waiting for various things. Our chef was great, and the food was very good.
