   The place was not clean, it feels old and almost didn’t want to eat there, we had to stay because it was late. Won’t repeat at any Benihana anytime soon.

   Got seated around 910, the chef didn’t come out and start cooking until around 1015 which was frustrating but the food was very good

   Food was amazing but it took too much time for us to get seated ! That’s the only thing I would say negative. Other than that everything was good! Servers were nice and Ricky the Chef was really nice !

   While I understand that you need to get diners in and out, our server seemed a bit rushed. We hardly got our menus and she wanted to get our drink order. Our cook was amusing and the food good.

   Great staff that were very attentive. The chef Jesse was great and really funny. The food was delicious as always. Definitely will come back to this location in the future.

   This place is always busy. The service is slow, hostess overworked and no smile. We bought gift cards back in December and was offered promotional voucher. They make it very difficult for customer to redeem. We can only use one voucher per customers. So you have to come back of you want to use the rest of it or let it expired. Even when you have reservation, you still have to wait. Prepare to spend 3 hours

    What is the point of making a reservation when you do not get seated until an hour later. This is the second time this has happened and to get seated an hour later and then not get fed for another 40m after is ridiculous for the price. The chef we had was rude and the server barely was around to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything else. Do not recommend this location unless you want to pay too much for a 10:00pm dining experience that was supposed to begin at 7:00p. At least notify the customer of the delay, when we got to the counter they told us they wanted to be completely transparent with us and that they still hadn't seated people that had reservations an hour prior. (Not transparent at all because no warning prior). Then they said they could not give us a good estimate of how long it would take and that they would text us when they are ready. (again where is the transparency)
