   Server was inattentive , did not refill our drinks with us having to ask her. Also they didn’t do the birthday picture our song. That place is expensive and they didn’t do what they have to.

   We never got food. We where seated 1 hour late and had to leave the table after 45 min because they didn’t serve us

   We had a wonderful waitress and cook. Delicious food and variety! Our big complaint - we had a 7:15 reservation and were seated at 7:45, we were served soup and salad quickly- 8:00-8:15. But the cook did not make it to our teppanyaki table until 10:00pm. If we had known we would be eating at 10pm on a 7:15 reservation we would not have seated. Tables seated after us had a cook before us. They kept promising us that the cook was coming, and then other tables would get a cook, but not us.  the discrepancy was never explained. We were given a free appetizer of edamame while we waited. It was Thanksgiving, so it was very crowded at the restaurant. Still we would go back on a non-Holiday because when we did get service, it was great and the food was delicious.

   Great place to spend our Thanksgiving. Great food and service. The wait was a bit long but drinks at the bar took care of that. I can’t wait to be back with my family.

   You should have at least two people running the front /reception area Today /Thanks Giving/was a special day but it was hectic Unorganized, I love your place but it was not a good dining experience

   It was not your typical visit to Benihana. We didn't get the usual show that they put on but just got our food cooked on the Teppanyaki Grill. The food was good and the service was excellent.
