   Took forever to seat us and took forever to find us a chef. We noticed that the managers friends’ walked in after us and immediately got seated and gave them a whole table to themselves. Unfair and the service is terrible

   I took my niece for her birthday and it was her first time going. I’ve been here many times and I know what to expect. The service was poor. We waited a long time between drinks and our soup/salad. Our chef overly seasoned our food making it unbearable to eat. She did hardly any entertainment We got our bill and then had to ask for our ice cream. No birthday song for my niece and no photo. We asked for containers 3x. I asked our server if they were under staffed and she said yes. When I walked out she was just chatting with the hostess. Overall just a bad experience.

   It’s been few years since the last time we dine at Benihana. I am celebrating my birthday and my son’s school achievement and we were very pleased to the excellent service that were provided to us. Kuddos to the Benihana-Puente Hills team.    We had a great time. Went to Happy Hour first & good drinks & appetizer, bartender was wonderful. Moved over to dinner and had a good time too.

   The service was horrible.. our appetizer came out after we had already started our entree, we had to remind the waitress that we get ice cream, my sons ice cream bowl had an actual hole in it! Plus it was his birthday, no song or photo. I’ll pay 20 bucks for a drink, but my old fashion was water with a hint of alcohol .. it was like the La croix of drinks. Just reminded us why we get the ginger sauce and make food at home.

   Reservation at 4pm Didn't get seated until after 4:30 The way the chef cooked the meals, steak and chicken first, we were the last ones to get our food because we had seafood. The chef was great, but it took way too long for us to get served. This was not a great experience for us.
