   Not as great as our previous visit. They got our order wrong. The server just didn’t listen to me. I had to ask twice for everything. Lunch doesn’t come with soup & salad, it is supposed to be soup only (they will let you sub salad). We were splitting an entrée so we should have gotten 1 bowl of soup. We got 2 soups and 2 salads. When I asked her about it she said well just don’t eat it if you don’t want it. The chef left the food just sitting on the grill so the bottom was burned and the top was crunchy and cold. The meal was okay but I felt like I had to work hard to get anything. How difficult is “no ice?” Drink had ice. We asked for 1 yum yum sauce, she forgot it then went back and brought 2. She charged us for what she thought we wanted rather than the more expensive meal. I guess readers might wonder why I’m complaining about getting something for free. Well I feel like I’m gaming the system or getting away with something and that’s just not who I am. My wife used the restroom which was in a horrible state. She told the waitress who said, “Oh yeah, the two clogged stalls with all the paper towels?” So they had been aware of the problem for 45 minutes at least and did nothing? Shortly after lunch we both felt sick so not a great experience.

   Delicious food and generous portions. Wait staff is efficient and personable. Hibachi chef is funny and engaging. Split the dual lunch portion for 2 people for a great value that you might be able to actually finish

   I used to love this restaurant but no more. So rushed - was in and out in an hour. Used to be a dinner with a show. Not a great waitress or hibachi cook experience. So sad - won’t be back - $270 for 2 adults, 3 kids and one glass of wine.

   I had ordered the meat and shrimp combo and was not pleased with the food; it lacked flavor esp. the fried rice! The meat was tough and although it was supposed to be meat and shrimp combo, they skimmed on the shrimp. This place is overrated! Sorry, I will not be back!

   Normally, I love Benihana's. We always receive a birthday coupon of $30 to defray the cost. But this year, the prices were a surprise. The price of the Samurai Treat went up from $45.90 to $50.00 and the Land and Sea meal went from $46.20 to $50.50. The chicken fried rice is now a whopping $7 per serving! And the chef who cooked our food burnt everything. The colossal shrimp was overcooked and my filet was burnt and NOT medium; who wants to pay $50 for overcooked food! The server even spilled the soup on my husband and I. He did apologize, but they should have shaved off some of the price. We won't be going back until the prices drop or they increase the amount of the birthday coupon. Very disappointing!

   Decent food, chef was very kind. Long greet time and waiter made some offensive remarks… trying to be funny. I don’t think I’ll be back.

    We had reservation but the restaurant stuffed more chairs than usual around the table so we started off with no room. The food was okay bout undercooked no performance by the chef and the waitress was so busy we didn’t see her much.
