   We came in for the first time as we walked by and it smelt good - sadly the only thing that was good about it. When we came in the team at the front were nice. Explained the seating and we chose to sit in the lounge which was super loud and looked sad the way the tables were. The service was awful. There was lack of organization, people with food but no cutlery, food and no sauces. The girl was rushing and not paying any attention to one soul aspect, if she had slowed down she would have been ok. That and the guy behind the bar if he had stopped texting and helped her that would have made a difference to her and the guests. People like us waiting 15 mins or so to have an order taken, lack of communication/attention. Stop telling g people you’re busy, slow down and make it happen for everyone and get the lazy guy involved. The hot food looked and tasted good - so not worth $48 for plain noodles and some bits of steak with veg. Cold and over cooked prawns on the plate - why? After finishing what we had, we were so disappointed I thought the check was a joke $97.45 for what we had. About 30/45 mins after eating I became sick and spent a great deal of time in the bathroom. My wife did also during the night. We both shared my food which was the chicken and had not eaten anything before or after. Rest assured we will be telling everyone to stay away from this location and the brand if this is the experience. Do better!

   Food was good however they squeezed 3 adults on the end of the table which was very uncomfortable. Have eaten at this location before and was a little disappointed. We had seven pm reservations and we were not seated until 7:40 then it was another 45 minutes until our cook got to the table. Probably will not be back at least at this location. Very disappointing especially since they really were not very busy. They had several tables that weren’t being used. I believe it was due to a lack of cooks because I noticed other tables had to wait a long time also and it was for the same two people that I saw cooking, I only saw two cooks. If it wasn’t a lack of cooks it was poor scheduling on management part disappointing experience since we were there for a birthday celebration.

   First foremost , if I could give negative stars I would! We had reservations tonight  and  service was absolutely horrible! After sitting in the bar/lounge for 20 mins we asked a hostess about having a waiter, she said give me a minute and went talked to a person behind the bar. Juan  came over joked about us being hangry and we laughed said exactly  and we placed order, not thinking much more about it. We ordered water and hot tea, water was brought then the tea pot brought about 5 mins later but dropped on the table with no cups. We sat and waited then about 10-15 mins later the food- appetizers soup salad, cups for tea and entrees came out all at once (No rice but tried to give someone else dumplings) .He kind of dropped food on  table , commented this what happens when come in hangry and dropped cups on table for the tea and started to pouring it, overfilled one cup dragged tea to the second  and continued  to overfill until started running down the table towards us, we used napkins and started to clean it up and then he reached in to stop it and said sorry. He never once came to check in with us, bring rice out and forgot to mention all the food cold. We believe all this was intentional- poor attitude, cold food, food all at once. Juan did not even acknowledge us until we asked if a  manager could come over to speak to us . After a conversation with manager he took off appetizer and one of  entrees, we also mentioned that the lady behind us with a small child waited 30 mins to be helped. Manager  apologized again and just ended up writing off the meal-it was very much appreciated and felt right thing to do but not  what we were looking for just voicing our concerns. After mgr left table, Juan came by table and seemed to want to argue about the evenings poor service which was uncalled for and when he walked away said I take full responsibility! Even with the manager trying to make things right, we will probably not be returning to this location, and others.

   We were happy with service. Our bill was $500. We tipped the chef $50 & the waitress $50 & she was not happy! Her attitude was so bad! Our chef Justin was brilliant & very friendly. The kids liked him too.

   2 hour wait time even with a reservation. They said they were overbooked. Not sure how that is possible in a restaurant. Gary the chef was good. We did not even get offered dessert which was part of the package. .

   Worst experience ever at a Beni Hana’s. The ambiance was similar that of Chucky Cheese at its worst. Our server was trying to tell us the specials but she had to get the manager because she could not hear herself. First of all, we checked in & it took 40 minutes to get seated & then another 30 minutes to get our drinks. Noise persisted through dinner. Total time from when we got there until we left was almost 3 hours and not a pleasant 3 hours.

    I'm only giving this a 1 because negative numbers aren't an option. Wow! The chaos and lack of professionalism is off the charts. Reservation was for 2 people at 7pm. We got our food at 8:45. My 600 lb Life was playing on the TV and showing a naked woman getting sponge bath. I had to track down the bar tender to turn it off. 1 waitress with NO support handling the bar area. Avoid at all cost.
