   What a fun night. Good food and good company. Our chef was Louis and he was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection.

   From the receptionist at the Host at the restaurant to the bartender and the manager this place is horrible. The Manager did. Not care how employees were treating guest.

   We have been coming here for years and never had such a poor experience! We had an 8:30 reservation and they were 40 minutes behind. We ordered and once we were done with our soups and salads the waitress came over and said it would be a while because they were short staffed. It was 10pm and there was still no chef. I spoke to the manager who said that they weren’t short staffed and that the new owners were okay with all the walk ins and know how upset people are. As I was speaking to him, another gentleman walked up and was upset with his table and service as well and his treatment at the hostess stand. The manager didn’t seem to really care but I made it clear that by 10:15 I would be walking out with my four children. There was no apology or trying to rectify the situation. The chef made mention that he was there for Christmas and had one day off in the last 3 weeks. The entire situation was uncomfortable and you should stay away from this place with the new ownership.

   We were a little disappointed that we showed up early for our reservation and told to “stay close” only to be sat 30 minutes AFTER our reservation time. Would have been nice to be told they were running behind when we got there.

   Very bad experience. Our waitress tried so hard but they were so under staffed. We went forever without anything to drink. Food was cold and the place was not clean. I do not recommend. I have only written two other bad reviews in my life so that should tell you something. Also one of the managers just walked around carrying an iPad without helping out at all.

   Although we booked a table we gad to wait 35 minutes to go through. Was awfully expensive fir what it was.

   I’ve been to a ton of hibachi places. This unfortunately is probably the worst and even more painful, most expensive. Grill was dirty with old food before they started cooking, soup is literally like beef broth, salad ginger dressing is meh, the veggies and rice were the same. I can say my steak was good and cooked perfectly. I’m usually a big fan of giving good reviews but this place really isn’t in line for the price. My entire family of five felt the same. Also it’s a little crazy to have someone vacuuming under the tables of occupied areas while they eat. The manager had the personality of a potato and walked past the family at least 5x with no acknowledgement, but I can say the rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive.

    We had to wait an hour MORE past what our reservation time was. There was no space to wait in the restaurant so we had to wait in the car. The saving grace was our waitress, even the cook was trying to keep the enegry up. A more realistic time would have been fine up front, we were willing to wait because we eer booking on Christmas.
