   I’m a frequent customer of this Benihana location unfortunately I’m not sure what happened today. Usually, they’re pretty good so we went to the bar area and try to get a drink and the lady basically was rude. The bartender did not wanna attend us. She was very very upset about something I bet it was something. I’m sure it was something personal however the cook as well. Let us down. We order filet mignon and they gave us something different and the chunks were cut really big. They weren’t done in small pieces. The rice was really hard. It wasn’t done good. This is the first time. I have a horrible experience.

   The food was very good and hot and they kept our drinks filled. The person preparing our food kept us informed and entertained the whole time. The food was very tasteful and there was enough of it.

   The food quality was not great for what you pay. I would have enjoyed in & out 10x more and saved money. Never going back.

   Saul our chef was amazing. Cooked the best steak ever! Our server Eli was very accommodating since I was in a rush. He was very attentive.

   Worst experience I’ve ever had at Benihana in over 30 years of going horrible customer service from night manager and waited over 2 hours to be seated having reservations. Very rude overall from all servers especially night manager.

   Food was aight, we waited 1/2 hr after our reservation to be seated, service was bad, etc. I respect the fact that real people work there and my comments aren’t meant to be hurtful. The experience was not worth the $350 spent for 5 ppl. The be hibachi chef was funny though.

   Customer service and food are always good. The only issue is the wait time. Even with a reservation, you still have an hr wait. But it's always worth it in the end.

   It was horrible had a reservation at 3:30 didn’t get seated til 4:30. Over packed servers were slow basically a 2 1/2 hrs experience turned into a 5 hr horrible experience. This is one of our family favorite restaurant but every time we go now we really leave so disappointed. It actually makes me sad… there were also other parties with 4:00 reservations got seated before me with the same amount of persons in my party. Just really disappointed.
