   We had a 6pm reservation. We were stuck in traffic and called and the hostess said we had a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 6:11. We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, even though we had a 6pm reservation. We ended up having to wait 40 minutes. Ridiculous. If you are going to take reservations you need to honor the time of the reservation. We were with our 6 year old son and 80 year old parents. Not acceptable to wait 40 minutes. The food was fine….show was ok.. we will never go here again.

   We waited 40 minutes for a reservation we had only to be told they sat somebody else in our place and had us marked as "seated" in their system. They could not find a place for us to sit but with another party of 8. This is not what we expected and they were not able to accommodate us as a party of 2. Unfortunately, this was our Christmas dinner and we were unable to eat. I do hope everybody there the best and hope they had a nice holiday but we were unable to enjoy ours the way we wanted.

   The food and experience was good nothing special. The one in Las Vegas was amazing and it’s going to be hard to top our experience there but I have no complaints about this. The food was good and the service was good as well. I would go back.

   Bad service, very long wait time for the table and for the meal to start (50 minutes). The worst experience was in the reception though, a host that was very rude. The experience is nice for kinds but the food is not good. $300 for 4 people- plenty of better options than this. Never again.

   Staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a wait time for our reservation. When we explained that we had a show to get to, they were accommodating and offered us a bar area table which was perfect. The food and service in the bar was just as fantastic and we made our show on time.

   Wait (with a reservation) was terrible as was the food. Chicken was dry and filet wasn’t good. On top of that, the cost to quality was awful! Never again!

   The food and chef and waiter were excellent however the wait time and front of house staff needs improvement. A reservation for 7pm and we didn’t get our table until 7.33pm. The reservation process and waiting area were not up to scratch and it ruined an otherwise good evening.
