   I had a fantastic time last night at Benihana with family and friends! The atmosphere was lively, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious as always. Watching the chef put on an entertaining show while cooking our meals right in front of us made the experience even more enjoyable. From the perfectly seasoned hibachi dishes to the fresh sushi, everything was top-notch. It was a great night filled with laughter, good vibes, and amazing food. Highly recommend for a fun and memorable dining experience!

   I love Benihana, and have attended for years but sadly I am slowly seeing the quality decrease and the apparent way they wish to now run their restaurant. One example yesterday was my husband and I arriving 15 minutes prior to dinner time. There was an entire table of people including us ready to be seated, with many tables available yet it seemed purposely that the hostesses waited 15 minutes to seat us exactly at 3 to pay the dinner price. Luckily, a number of people at our table brought up the lunch menu and we were able to go on and order from it but stuff like that is more frequent and sad. This restaurant used to be so much better. Even the food quality, and size has gone down.

   With reservations it took over an hour to be seated and we were there with a handicap child. Then it took 40 minutes for the cook.The white rice wasn’t served like everyone one else’s fried rice was. We had to constantly ask for stuff and the cook was very sloppy. Not a great performance. When making reservations they say your party has to all be there or you won’t get seated. But you make us wait over an hour with reservations and 40 minutes for the cook. Unacceptable!

   Made a reservation for 8:30 and didn’t get sat down till 9:30. Food and show was great but restaurant was totally unorganized.

   It was two of us eating dinner, food took long time and the fish was not fresh.🍱🍣 It opened up a faucet in my stomach. You know what I mean we were there for two hours, and mostly it was cause we were waiting for our food.
