   I had an 8 o’clock reservation, but I wasn’t seated until 830. I was on time even a few minutes early and my entire party was there and ready, but it still took them a half an hour to see us promptly ordered and they didn’t start cooking our food until 10 PM. By the time we were done eating it was 1115. We were celebrating my birthday. I let our server know that I had a birthday coupon but no point in the evening when we had dessert which both my friend and husband had ice cream did they sing happy Birthday that was very disappointing. We do this every year as a tradition but due to the bad experience, this might be the last.

   Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday, April 6th — a very special date for me: my anniversary with my husband. We made a reservation for 9:00 PM and arrived on time, but were told our table wasn’t ready yet. We were asked to wait at the bar, so we ordered a drink while we waited. So far, that was acceptable. But when the table was finally ready, they led us to the back to be seated — and to our surprise, it was with a group of strangers we didn’t know. We had reserved a table for two, as a couple, and there was no reason we should be seated with other people. What’s worse, we’ve visited this location multiple times as a couple and have always been seated at a private table. Why was this time different — and on such a special night? The service was completely disappointing, and after waiting so long, we didn’t even get to have dinner. By the time we left, other restaurants had already closed, and we were told there was nothing they could do. What should have been a beautiful evening turned into a total mess. Not only was it a lack of organization, but also a lack of basic customer care. We’re extremely disappointed.

   Después de llegar puntual mente a la hora de mi reservación esperamos 35minutis para que nos sentaran , y luego 35minots más para que nos atenfueean es decir fue super mal ya que se perdieron desde hasta 3horas

   Estimado Hamdi, Lamentamos sinceramente la experiencia que tuvo. Agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartirla, ya que sus comentarios nos ayudan a mejorar. Sentimos mucho la larga espera y cualquier inconveniente que esto le haya causado. Estamos revisando lo sucedido para que no vuelva a repetirse.    A regular Benihana's experience with an amazing view! The only downside was that Benihana's coupons/promos are too strict. I would appreciate being able to utilize the offers I am provided. Our server and chef were amazing. Thank you!

   Server was decent but we got sat with a group of kids who had a “special menu”. took managers about 20-30 minutes to give them the menu so my girlfriend and I had to wait over an hour to even get a chef. Food was cooked rushed and didn’t come out great. Tragic as Benihana’s is one of my favorite restaurant.

   We had dinner with friends at a restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. Not only was the food incredibly delicious with generous portions, but our chef, Ogé, also gave us an entire show while preparing the dishes. I highly recommend visiting this place — you’ll definitely be impressed!

   This location has really gone down hill. The management. Is very rude and does not care about your experience at all. We had a tiny portion of vegetables, not even enough for a child. I have never had a portion like this at hibachi. The cook was rude and again the manager does not care.
