   We had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, our server returned only once to take our drink order and did not return for the remainder of the meal.

   I was very dissatisfied with both the food and the service. Our food order was forgotten about and made at the end. Our server (not the chef) was very rude and made the experience not enjoyable. I will not be returning.

   Waited over an hour to be seated. I had a reservation at 7:15pm and wasn’t seated until 8:15. Food was alright, they didn’t give us green tea, or ice cream that came with our meal and just overall was not worth the wait. Also they charge more chicken fried rice but they don’t tell you!

   We always like Benihana, but were disappointed and quite annoyed that we had to wait more than 45 minutes for our 6:00 reservation.

   Food was in very small portions! Paid $100 for one plate and didn’t even get half a steak! Food under seasoned and they charged for things that the menu states are included! We were rushed out! Sit, eat and go. Not worth it! Save your money.
