   We enjoyed the food and drinks, hibachi chef was very entertaining. This is a great place to celebrate a birthday, they stored our cake in the back and even gave us a picture. The service was good up until the end, the server seemed to think she was entitled to a bigger tip after putting the receipt on the table and pointing out the suggested amount, when she saw we gave 15% she made a face which I found to be very rude! Not to mention, we were seated nearly an hour after our reservation time.

   Even with a reservation the wait time was just shy of an hour wait.

   Went in with moderate expectations as research showed the good was moderate but paying for the show. Unfortunately didn’t get either and the service was something to be desired as well. The food was as described from other reviews in which you were getting average food for the price. The show was lackluster to say the least. The only “trick” we saw was an egg spin on the grill that the chef flipped into his pocket. It seemed that all other tables were being much more entertained and even saw giant flames at another table. We didn’t receive anything special from that front. Now to the service. We were first timers and asked for an understanding on what to do and the explanation was basically just pointing back and forth between different pages of the menu. We never got our drinks at the beginning of the meal and had to ask the waitress for them right before the entrees were served. Next about half the table ordered steamed rice which never came out and had to ask for it as well after our entrees were plated. Also every course on the menu came with a green tea which we also never received and was not worth asking for at that point since we were already finished with the meal. The only positives from our experience was we got seated relatively quickly in relation to our reservation and the ambience was good. Other than that I would say every other part of the experience was average to below average. My opinion is for $40/person you would be better served to take your money elsewhere.

   They are speeding things up for table turn and shrinking portions but still a good meal.

   Waited nearly an hour to be seated for an 8pm reservation for my daughter’s 13 bday dinner. Good was ok and service was good but the late start turned into an even later dinner than expected.

   Waited 40 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. Multiple groups of people got seated before us, front desk ladies ignoring us. When we finally decided to go ask about wait time, they magically had a table ready as if they were making us wait on purpose. Super overhyped, food not that great

   We have eaten at Benihana dozens of times over the years and this was probably our most disappointing visit. Food was good as usual. The server was brand new and tried very hard to please us. However, she did not seem to be properly trained. She did not take a birthday photo and when we asked about birthday ice cream, she did not seem to know that this treat is always given to the birthday person.

    I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my family of 5. The food had no flavor and highly over priced for the small portion size. The chef had to go get more rice that caused the zucchini was mushy. My daughter had sever abdomen pain after eating. Everything was rushed we spend over $250 for a worst experience here. Never will I recommend this place. I felt so bad on my birthday after the bad experience and service here. Never again…Very disappointed!!!!
