   I used to love this place, especially on birthdays. But the food has gone down in quality, up in price, and down in overall taste and experience. I will not be returning!!

   We frequent this location quite a bit. Last nights visit was by far the best service we have had in a very long time. Kannikar was very attentive and overall the best server we have had in years.

   waiter needs improvement..sushi came out after food was midway cooked..one of our parties food was not put in so they didn't get their food til after everyone else was eating..drinks was never refilled..never was asked if we would like dessert.

   The server got my wife’s order wrong and even though they changed the price of the meal on the bill to reflect the price of the item that she wanted and gave her enough for a little leftovers, she had to wait pretty much the entire evening for her food and once everyone else was done hers was finally ready. In all the confusion the shrimp , chicken, and calamari was pretty overcooked which is a bummer because we’ve been to this Benihana before and the food was always so juicy and not dry like this time. They should have comp’d my wife’s meal altogether since she wasn’t able to eat with everyone as it really stressed her out and ruined th experience which is why you go to habachi in the first place. Pretty disappointed.

   They don’t do your reservation time and then make you wait additional time to get a table

   Our server was great but that was the only thing great about the experience. This was my 2nd year in a row going for my birthday and the food was bland chicken and shrimp had no taste or flavor just an excess of butter. The quality of food is not worth the price point. The restroom was filthy just as it was a year ago. The quality of the restroom says a lot of the cleanliness of the restroom as it could be cleaner.

   Still a Classic, But Hoping for a Refresh I’ve been coming to Benihana throughout 30 years, in different countries, and its name has always carried a strong sense of tradition in the world of Teppanyaki. I brought a group of friends for dinner, and the experience was overall enjoyable. The service was excellent—staff were warm, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. The food was plentiful and of ok quality, and the chef’s performance was fun as always. That said, the ambiance felt a bit tired and didn’t quite reflect the rich heritage Benihana is known for. The space could definitely use some updates to bring back the magic and atmosphere of the past. I’ll be back to another Benihana location, hoping the brand continues to invest in its legacy.

    Nightmare, dirty, an hour late to get seated. No drinks not even water for 20 minutes at the table when I asked what was going on. I was told they had 325 reservations that night well you should be glad but you should have staff this trained or ready to go no entertainment from the chef forgot two items to give us had to ask for dessert that came with my meal the worst Benihana I’ve ever been to
