   Great food and ambiance! Ask for Chef Lu! He is amazing, interacts with everyone with such a great personality! Not to mention a great Chef!

   My husband and I had reservation @ 5:00 to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We were told to have a seat and they would seat us in a few. My husband went to the bar and ordered 1 beer and 1 coconut Mojito. At that point we were informed our table was ready. We sat down and I took a sip out of my drink. I could tell right away that my drink was not a coconut mojito. We informed our waitress and she took my drink back up to the bar. She came back with some kind of milk shake. I finally went back up to the bar and informed them that my drink wasn’t a coconut mojito. He went to say to me how to make it. I told him he shouldn’t be back behind the bar if he don’t know what he is doing. I went to sit back down with my so called Coconut mojito. To be swarmed with nat’s. I finally got manmgt to the table and informed him what happened at the bar and now we are being swarmed with nat’s. The manager offered to put my meal in a Togo container. I told him I haven’t received the rest of my meal. He walked off from me. Also by observing staff and manager’s I saw manager’s going around and taking the menu’s to the front of the restaurant. My opinion only Mangmt should be having his hostess doing that since 5-6 are standing at the front greeting customers. which those could have been take care of by the hostess that aren’t doing much at all. As we were leaving the people that were sitting with us stated they had a nat just flew into their drink. As far as the cook for our table, I believe he need’s some more training in cooking and making sure there isn’t cross contamination. One of the customer’s at our table told the cook she is a vegan and please don’t put her tuna in the steak juice. 12/21/24 4:44pm #50024, 20241226433, $24.90 table 104/1. 12/21@6:21pm #30007 $208.39, 202412211822141. Table 24. Server Sirima. She was very hard to understand. Mgmt could utilize extra hostess by having them walk around helping remove dirty dishes. The Restraunt was not all that busy.

   John is was an AMAZING chef! I’ve been to Benihana at least 50 times or more through the years so you think it will always be the same. However, John seasoned the food to perfection and added a few more entertainment tricks that refreshed the experience. Thanks for renewing me and husband’s appreciation for the Benihana experience.

   Made a reservation and we were sat within a few minutes of arrival (yay). Once we were sat, it took unusually long for our server to greet us and get the experience started. We waited 1.5 hours at the table until the hibachi chef made his way to our table. We had to go to the bar to get drinks because our server was not around… We got the feeling she was kind of avoiding us due to the long wait for a hibachi chef. The manager was visibly walking around, but never came over to our table to communicate/apologize for the long wait. They did take 20% off the bill so kudos to them for doing something. Will never go back!

   Awesome dining treat for lunch. Greeted upon arrival snd seated after a brief wait. Braydon was our serve person snd was excellent. Personable and got all ou orders perfectly submitted. Promptly took drink orders..then food..kept things picked up and refilled. "Yankee" was our fab chef. He was great w interaction and showmanship. Few new surprise presentations at lunch and food cooked to perfection. He was fun and enjoyed his job. He was one if the best chef's ever. Another wonderful exp. At Benihanas. Thank you and we wish everyone Merry Christmas.

   Having gone to Benihana for many years, our visits have declined in recent years due to poor service and intense cross-selling. Tonight was very different. The service was excellent, our chef was great, and the table was comfortable and over jammed with too many patrons. A very enjoyable experience.
