   It was just ok. We were annoyed that you have to pay $7 extra for fried rice. Even for the kids. Was so busy and we had to wait a bit. But our server was very sweet and the food was fine.

   This was my first time eating at Benihana’s and I am not impressed. I wanted to like it, but definitely not work the $120 bill.

   We have made reservations to Benihana for the past 4 years and our experience has been different every time . This time the wait time was outrageous. At some point Benihana needs to put a cap on reservations because it isn’t fair to the staff let alone the customer who are turned away or who have exceeded passed there reservation time which results in them leaving .

   The Valentine Day brunch was excellent w/ no wait time. Definitely recommend enjoying a lunch during 11a.m. - 3 p.m. , the restaurant has lunch specials that are worth the price. Great vibe and ambiance.

   Truthfully, the food and service was good. However, the value was so poor, we will NEVER GO BACK. I don’t say that lightly. I love Benihana, But they got rid of all lunch options during the weekend. So it’s full price all day long. Not acceptable.

    Brian and Salvestre were awesome! At the end of the night Brian moved us to the bar side for cake cutting where a frustrated bartender Tabby or Tabitha (bright red hair) pushed my 11 year old son. Then when asked about it she responded with if he was in my way I pushed him. The way this situation was handled by management was ridiculous! As a parent this situation immediately put me in a position to choose to respond in poor behavior or take the high road. Even doing so and trying to talk to management and the security person nothing was resolved. Hopefully you all can show her the review and discuss more positive ways to deal with working in the service industries when nights are busy and not ending the way you want them to or as quickly as you wish! Best of luck to her and all your staff.
