   Our chef Victor was great and super funny. The food was delicious, he didn’t take forever to cook either.

   A mediocre experience at best. From terrible lighting to a chef who piled on the pepper to charging for club soda, Benihana is no longer an exciting or delicious experience. I grew up going to their restaurants in California and it was always fabulous. Now, living in Michigan, I decided to go after a day of shopping as we live two hours away and figured the kids would enjoy dinner with a show. I was wrong. No theatrics, little engagement, terrible food and a complete waste of time. Competitor hibachi restaurants are offering so much better, don’t waste your time with Benihana as they are no longer what they once were. Sad.

   Our chef Amar was great. Cooked everything well with lots of flavor. Service was pretty good, I was disappointed that the drink selection was minimum. No local drafts, very little beer choices. Online drink menu is not accurate. Overall it was a good experience.

   Been eating at Benihana for years. Tonight's experience was top notch. The service was excellent, and the chef (Will) was amazing. The manager was helping with the table service, and that made a big difference as the waiter was very busy with multiple tables.

   Just avoid this place nothing was good and it is expensive. Also note that your reservation with Open Table is not a real reservation, it is still first come first serve. That is straight from the managers mouth and stated is the corporate policy.

   It was very very loud and disruptive; our sever was a bit slow. Our seating area was not clean and untidy; had to request our seats be wiped down and the debris from them. Our cook Ander was energetic and entertaining.

    Met up with a friend for a catch up lunch. Had a wonderful time. We were sat immediately and food orders came out hot and fresh.
