   Benihana is always great. However, The filet mignon wasn’t good quality or it seemed old. The location needs to get rid of the stinky carpet. It just needs a little update/facelift.

   After making my reservation i was still having to wait over 45 minutes for a table. why call it a reservation?? Not to mention we didnt eat until who knows how long later due to waiting another very long wait for the chef. theres no reason why i should get there at 7:30 and leave at 10:30 on a TUESDAY night WITH A RESERVATION. honestly ridiculous service and if i would’ve known this i wouldve made reservations for my boyfriends birthday elsewhere.

   Fatty chicken. Extremely slow service (45 minutes until server took our order) out Diet Coke finally came as we were purring on our coats to leave. Green tea not offered at all - which I wanted.

   Way too busy even with a reservation. Food had no seasoning. Way too loud you can barely hear the person next to you.

   My husband and I came here for a birthday celebration. We had such a great experience. The food and service is always fantastic! The chef is so much fun/talented. Dinner and show all in one place! I would also like to give a “BIG SHOUT OUT “ to Tar our server. He was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

   We had an absolutely marvelous time. The service was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious because my mom’s 85th birthday. She felt so excited and happy it was amazing the steak the filet mignon the Châteaubriand, the shrimp, the scallops oh my gosh, everything amazing.

    I could not believe how absolutely filthy dirty. This Benihana location is. Not to mention they made us wait an hour when we already had a reservation for my birthday dinner.  Low ceilings felt like we were in a cave. there was food all over the floor, disgusting walls, and never even threw shrimp in our mouths! So disappointing to see this place go so down hill. Please spare me next time by replacing those carpets!!!!!
