   Had to wait a while past our reservation time to be seated. Restaurant was extremely chaotic and service very slow. Dinner took over 2 1/2 hours. Food was overcooked and way over seasoned. Too much salt and pepper. Very disappointing.

   We showed up for our reservation at 8 o’clock and they told us our table wouldn’t be ready until 915. There were at least 120 people waiting for their tables. It was ridiculous.

   The service and food was great. However, we made a reservation for 5:30, we arrived and were told to wait for 20-25 minutes. We did not get seated until 6:30. I don’t see much of a point of making a reservation if we will have to wait this long. It is a very busy place, but it seems like we waited the same as the walk up list.

   Had to wait for over an hour for or table. They were way overbooked. I had told them it was my wife’s birthday and they didn’t do anything for it.

   Benihana fell off hard. The chef wasn’t entertaining and the food was blah and overpriced. Definitely not what it used to be.

   great choice for my sons 6th bday. we had a fussy kid with us but Sky and Salvador were so accommodating and put on a great show for him. he couldnt stop giggling at the onion volcano.

   I’m always impressed with my visits to benihanas the service and food is amazing I usually go for my birthday and other special occasions . I would go more often but it’s a little too expensive not that it’s not worth it it’s just not affordable for me. Thank you for the great service and food.

   We always have a good time at this Benihana. Today we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and our server and cook was super attentive and fun! Marvin cooked our delicious food and he was so engaging to both of the kids. We’re still trying to figure out how he did his magic trick!

    The service and food was excellent for a Thursday night birthday celebration. Our server Sam was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. Sam checked in frequently with us and made sure our drinks were full and if we needed anything. Our chef was Marvin who was fantastic. I had the Benihana Trio which was perfectly seasoned with generous amount of garlic butter. The chicken fried rice was the best I have had. Also, before I was seated I ordered a happy hour drink Benihana punch and spring rolls which were nicely priced and delicious.
