   We were seated an hour after our reservation time. The food was good, but we were served last and waited a long time to get our drink orders. This will be our last visit to this establishment.

   Our reservation was for 6. We were not seated until 6:45. Service was terrible. Food was just ok.

   Reservations were over an hour behind. Servers using the “F” word constantly and even telling customers to “F” off. I will never go back there again. Seriously overpriced. A bottle of bud lite was $9. They offered to upgrade steaks in our party, but ended up trying to charge us in the end. Be careful if you use a credit card, as my mom’s bank account was charged another charge from them that we didn’t make.

   Food was good as usual, but the prices are SO high compared to other places. I would recommend visiting any nearby grill..you could go twice for the price of one.

    We had a 5:30 reservation, but weren’t seared until 6:15. I believe they threw us at a table just to appease us, as we didn’t receive a greeting from a server until 6:35. We were told they were short staffed, causing the delay. The chef and server were friendly and the food was amazing as always. When it came time to check out (mind you- we had our kids with us and since our reservation was delayed by an hour, it was now nearing bedtime) our server was busy as he just received a large party (2 full tables). We knew we couldn’t wait 20+ minutes for him to get their drinks and orders, so we went to the front desk to request boxes and checks. The manager took care of this upon request, but a good manager would’ve been more hands on from the get go, knowing they were so “short staffed”. We have been coming here a couple times a year for a food 10+ years and this was our first poor experience. We will return, however may resort to a 4:30 reservation in hopes to be seated by 5:30.
