   We had an absolutely awesome experience for our friend's birthday at Benihana in Buckhead. Manager Dee took such amazing care of everything, making it such a fantastic and special experience. Chef Jordan was INCREDIBLE and our son and our birthday friend are now extremely excited to learn how to twirl eggs on a spatula...though we may start with golf balls first. And our server Thomas was on POINT all night. I should probably also mention the food was amazing from top to bottom -- and you definitely can't go wrong with the wagyu options. Just the best time and the best environment for an amazing celebration with fantastic people. THANK YOU!

   Set a reservation for 3 pm We were not seated until 30 minutes later It’s an old place , nothing special at all . Do not come to this place hungry cuz u won’t start eating until 45 minute after u are seated plus the 30 minutes waiting period !

   The chefs were very cool, waiter was cool, and food was delicious. Service wise I would definitely give a 8/10. The ONLY reason I’m saying this is because it was a party of 15 - booked for 2PM & we weren’t seated until 4. I wouldn’t recommend booking for a party unless you all don’t mind waiting; other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

   We waited an hour for our reservation, which was super frustrating, but seemed to be the norm for a Saturday night. It was so crowded and nowhere to stand.

   This was the worst Benihana experience I have ever had. From the chaos at the front door check in, to the slow service, to not being offered our ice cream and instead being pushed from the table because they were so busy. All around very disappointing.

   First time going to this restaurant and I had really been wanting to go and enjoy this place. When we were sat down it was a full table. Well we continued to sit there while servers kept walking by and never speaking. A tall skinny gentleman was serving the table directly next to us. So we assumed he would be our server but he didn't even acknowledge our presence at the table. There was no "Hello How are you all? I will be right with you." Or anything the table was completely ignored for more than 10 minutes. This gentleman I know walked to the other table 6 times and never acknowledged us at all. After waiting about 15 mins me and my husband who I was bringing for his birthday got up and left. This was our first and only time coming to Benihana. For a place that is so expensive to be so horrible on service was extremely disappointing. It completely ruined a birthday dinner and an evening. Like I said we had never be to Benihana and this was a very bad first impression.

   We had a reservation for 7 pm. We arrived at 710. We got to a table at 745. We got drinks about 815. We gave our food orders at 0909. Our cook cane to our table at 0930. We ate and was completely done at 1040. So the best part of the experience was meeting new people and having a date night with my man. Unfortunately, because it took us almost 2.5 hours to just start eating we won’t be back. The food was amazing. I think they just need more help

   Reservation was at 8pm , chef didn’t start cooking until 9:30 , the food was overly seasoned and it was just an overall terrible experience, besides my waitress . She’s was nice !!!!
