   My experience here has been amazing. The staff here os outstanding. The greeter Ryan is pleasant. Ricardo, I see him at thy sushi bar that smiles that lights up a room and gives the best hugs. Then you have Jason the manager that makes sure that everyone is taken care of. Jasmine will be the first waitresses that I ever request because she was that good. She was attentive. Now Nelson, omg. I will put him up against any chef, he's just that good. He season his food to perfection. I will definitely be back. To the Alpharetta staff thank you

   Every single time we hope it'll get better. It just doesn't. Reservation 8:30. Time now: 10:45. Had soup and salad. That's it. Just now cooking food. Amazing. Chef at other table dropped bowl on floor. Put it back on their grill. Our chef doesn't get the cross contact issue with food allergies. Spoke with manager Jason. He's now having our food made by someone else in the back so it's safer for allergies. Server is nice but doesn't clear dishes. Only had one soda refill in 2 hours. Just can't believe it's this bad.

   Our server and cook were phenomenal!! In addition the manager came by and introduced himself. This is a new!!! Last few experiences a year ago were not good. I am glad I celebrated my birthday here this year!!

   Terrible experience at Benihana. Service was painfully slow—we waited a long time to order and even longer for drinks, with multiple requests needed for refills. Orders were placed incorrectly, the wrong food was brought out, and even the bill had mistakes. Despite having a reservation, we didn’t get to eat our dinner until 90 minutes after we arrived. The hibachi was extremely basic—just chicken, rice, onion, and cucumber. Everything was overcooked and nowhere near worth $50. To top it off, we never received the green tea or the final course of our meal. The manager did offer a discount after we complained, but it didn’t make up for the overall disappointment. Definitely won’t be back.

   Had a reservation. Sat at the table at 7! However didn’t get my drink until hour later after being seated. Food was subpar. Not happy with this visit

   We are frequent customers of Benihana in Alpharetta, but today was probably one of the worst days ever. Our reservation was at 1:30 PM, but we didn’t get seated until just a little after 2:00 PM. The server was super slow even after we sat down. We didn’t literally start eating until 30 minutes later . You are becoming unreasonable for two people… our total was $130 .  My son-in-law Benihana , but I can’t keep coming here dealing with the prices and slow service. We need to hire some more people.

   Great server and chef! The server had several tables and did a good job checking on our table. The chef Jason was excellent! Great food and a good sense of humor!
