   Unreal! Total nightmare! We had a reservation and waited for two hours-no food! It took an hour and a half just to get drinks! The manager just hid in the kitchen-never came to talk with us! The restrooms were deplorable and I will never ever go there again!

   Christmas night and it was amazing! My girlfriend shares her birthday with Christmas and having a place that she can enjoy herself on Christmas is hard to find! Jason not only made our night but he made our Christmas! We will always ask to sit with him!

   XMAS day is always extremely busy, so you need patience. The new management team is phenomenal and has this location running very well. The good was excellent, thank you, Chef Jason! The service was also very good, thank you Gabby!

   Way overbooked for Christmas. We had a reservation for 6:30, never seated till 8, never are till after 9.ran out of some drinks, service was haphazard because they were short staffed. Food is pricey for what you get, although the preparation theatrics is part of it. Will never do this for Christmas again. They should have turned people away who didn't have reservations.

   We booked a table Christmas night. Waiting 1.5 hours past our reservation to be seated. Then waited over an hour at the table for a chef. Staff was pleasant and clearly trying. But waiting over 2 hours for food was ridiculous. And they didn’t comp anything after all that. Not sure what it is like on a regular night. But I wouldn’t go there again on a holiday. Staff told us they double booked all the reservations.

   What a mess! Booked a reservation that they couldn’t even come close to - 1.5 hour wait! Service was saved by our chef Jason but the rest of the experience was terrible. Will save my money and avoid this place in the future.

   My family of 4 had a dinner reservation for 5:00. We drove an hour to get there, but we arrived early in the event we could be seated early but we also didn’t want to be late. We were told they were running over an hour late! So, with 2 small children in tow we waited almost 2 hours in our car in the parking lot. We actually had to go to QT to get a snack because the kids were starving. When we were finally seated around 6:00, it took another 30 minutes for someone to take our drink and appetizer orders. Our drinks arrived another 30 minutes later. My appetizer was wrong, so the correct one didn’t come out until the chef was already at the table cooking. My husband’s drink didn’t arrive until he was half finished with his meal. My kids food didn’t arrive until we were half finished with our meals. The people next to us never got their drink orders. The server messed up our ticket 3 times, and we ended up not finding the third mistake until after she ran our card. They owe us over $65, and the manager said she can’t really do anything about it because corporate has to get involved. So, basically I’ll never see that money again. The experience was so terrible, but the food really didn’t justify the wait or the money. Honestly. Save yourself about $200 and go to your local neighborhood hibachi restaurant instead. Benihana is a joke. I had never been before but I promise I will never return. Absolute, waste of time and money.

   Christmas evening…overcrowded and understaffed. Waited90 minutes for our food to arrive after order was taken. When it finally arrived, it was cold. Probably just sat in the kitchen waiting for someone to take it to the table.

    Christmas Day and thought it was a great idea to eat out for dinner. Reservations set for 4:30 pm using Open Table. Arrived at about 4:15 pm. Hostess informed us there is an hour wait. I replied for a reservation. All she said was yes. We decided to stay because of the limited restaurants open Christmas Day. Wait was an hour. Lady who seated us stayed it was because they overbooked for today. It was not because they did not have enough help. Seated at a smaller area with about 11 chairs and plates which was too many. Finally someone came and took away 2 of the chairs so we could eat/sit comfortably. Finally took our order. Asked for coke with no ice, but got coke with ice. No energy from person cooking our food. No fire, conversation or talk like from other tables. Rice had clumps in it/not cooked all way through. Salad was too cold. Never got sauce for our rice or meat. Very cold air blowing where we were seated. Waitress gave me someone else’s bill at our table. She realized what she did but never apologized. Only left a tip because of it being the holidays. Christmas Dinner from Hell!!! Unbelievable, but it happened at the Alpharetta location.
