What started out as a casual deli and bakery has evolved into a full-service eatery with menus that feature a variety of traditional and southern-style dishes.     Was seated upstairs next to a table of 5 lively young ladies but they were VERY LOUD! Service could have been better but I think the bartender was also serving tables. We had to wait a long time to be served because she was busy. Food just okay - my fish was lukewarm.

    Lovely waitress. I’m terrible at names but something like Colina. Their apricot Bellini was special. We each had different brunch items and all were happy. Great historic building and they had live music today

    Fabulous food, discovered while in Savannah. Beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. Loved SO much we went back again the following day for brunch again. Both times wonderful! Loved the veggie scramble and yummy biscuits💕

    B Matthews is a delightful spot with a unique menu. Nate was my server, and he was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a grapefruit mocktail and my entree was the blackened butternut squash with shrimp. It was a completely new way to try butternut squash for me, and I quite liked it. I would definitely recommend B Matthews.

    Ordered the locals salad, which has locally grown ingredients. Very fresh with delicious lemon shallot vinaigrette. Shrimp and grits was very good.
