This is a second visit here and we came back because of our first experience. If you don’t see it on the menu, just ask. They will accommodate any combination.

The food was good but no one checked on our table after serving our food. The service was really slow and we had to wait a lot to grab a servers attention. Might not go back

The only restaurant I’ve literally walked out of. Worst service ever is an understatement.

It was one of the busiest nights of the year and our experience was great. Thank you for being so patient and welcoming. Valentines Day menu was amazing, so delicious and good value for money. Thank you everyone.

Server took order and never checked on us. We ordered lobster and asked for melted butter and the server brought cubes of butter and started to try to mush it up. I told him I’d like it melted for the lobster and he took it back like it was a hassle and came back with melted butter almost 10mins later - food was cold. The food was good but not great at all!!! There is great Italian in other places.

Not a good experience at all. We were seated and no one approached us until after 15 minutes. The food was salty, oily, and not good. I would never pay that amount for the quality of service and food i was given

This was a dinner plan for my wife's 69th birthday which ended up being a little secretive for pricing. It was a very nice quiet dinner, what we were hoping for, our hispanic waiter was personable and the food was great. Our not so good: We were not given a receipt for our meal, only the handheld computer machine to pay for our meal and tip. We thought it was kinda strange to not see our bill, but decided to go with it because it felt at the server at the time was honest. After we left we felt we were overcharged for the bottle of wine we chose because there was no bill to see any cost of any food item we ordered and felt our server was not honest after all. The bottle of Chianti, which we recall was ~$50.00-$70.00 dollars that we ordered, but felt we were charged more for it because of no bill.

We had a terrific meal - service was warm and thoughtful. The restaurant deserved to be busier. The risotto with beef was excellent as was the Osso Buco and the Saltbocca

This was our first time dining at Al Porto Ristorante and we had a really lovely evening celebrating my husband’s birthday. We shared a carpaccio as our starter, I had the osso buco as my main, & my husband had the arctic char. Everything was timely & delicious. Our server, Carlos, was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back.
