The teas and food were delicious. Unbeatable ambiance with the festive decor in the atrium.

We've been to the Brown Palace Tea many times but today was the first time during the Christmas holidays. It was great.

Review for The Brown Palace Tea Time I used to love coming to The Brown Palace and truly want to love their teatime experience. The ambiance and historic charm of the building are undeniable, but the food, service, and overall value fall far short. Having experienced exceptional teatimes in London and Chicago (The Drake), living in both those cities, this doesn’t compare. What’s even more frustrating is the valet service and front desk experience. With no parking validation, you’re stuck paying $32 for an hour—on top of an already premium-priced experience that doesn’t deliver. I’m happy to pay top dollar for a great teatime, but sadly, this isn’t it. I hope they can improve, as the setting deserves so much better.

Enjoyed “afternoon teas” over the Holidays at the Plaza in NYC, Baccarat Hotel in NYC and today at the Brown Palace. All were enjoyable. The food at Brown was excellent with good service and ambience.

I *know* it’s the Brown Palace, I fully understand the location, historic significance, the ambience of the location. However, $75 per person for two pots of tea and a three-tiered selection of snacks (while delicious, the quantity was shocking for the price) to sit along a walk way in the room where people were coming in off the street the have their photo taken, being loud, and obnoxious, the piano playing was so nice until a younger gentleman came in to take over. Soft, gentle Christmas music turned into to loud, jazzy stuff. The cost was simply outrageous.
