   Phenomenal service! Kyle, the manager, took very good care of our family. I would highly recommend the fish tacos also!

   We unfortunately never got to go as the restaurant called almost immediately as I finished reservation to let me know they were preparing to close unusually early as the snowstorm was increasing and they wanted to make sure their employees got home safely. Can’t blame them for that. It was our only night in Flagstaff so hopefully we get to try for dinner sometime in future.

   Food was good. I had the Prime Rib, was well prepared. Wife had the salmon salad and she enjoyed it. Student supported staff, nice work!

   This is our second visit and I really want to like this on-campus restaurant but in this instance... 1. Originally sat my young daughter and I at a bar/counter height table (fall hazard), 2. Food returned - not cooked to order (noticed this also happened at a neighboring table), 3. Throughout our experience, zero smiles on staff, and 4. We wanted to invite 3 guests for a total of 5 and advised there was no availability - 2 booths next to our table that seat 6 remained empty while we dined. Location and ambience are wins; operations and hospitality, not so much.

   They didn’t clarify that a skillet was hot and my guest burnt their hand on the skillet. The kitchen also threw my ticket away causing the food to come out an hour after our order being taken.

   I booked a table for 5 for a work dinner/journal club. Not being from Flagstaff, I didn't know what to expect. My dinner mates recommended it. I didn't know that the restaurant had a private room that we could use at no extra charge but they were very happy to let us have it at the last minute. The food was very good, the wait staff was attentive but not overly so. The private room made the journal club go so much better, it was great!!

   I came for the first time on a Jazz Night and it was absolutely incredible! Not only is the environment pleasant and welcoming but the food is incredible, and service was amazing! It’s a great way to spend a night out or even for a student to use their dining dollars and still make it feel so special.

   Went there to have a nice dinner with the family. We were seated at a booth and the people in the booth next to us were watching a basketball game on their phone and it was way too loud. We asked to be re-seated and our waitress said that we could pick any table we wanted. So we picked what appeared to be a quiet table near the kitchen with no neighbors so that we could have a nice, quiet discussion. The next thing I heard was the kitchen staff dropping f-bombs and complaining about a coworkers mental abilities. I shot a look that direction and the outbursts subsided so we stayed. My wife and I ordered burgers and they were meh. Overcooked, frozen patties are hard to get excited about. My son had a the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and as soon as he picked it up and took a bite, whatever sauce was on it just ran out the back and all over his hands, the plate, and his napkin. He said the flavor was OK, but the experience was poor. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and that was the only saving grace of the evening. I've been here before and had a much better overall dining experience. It will be quite some time before I try it again.
